Peaky Blinders has hosted many star-studded actors and actresses through its multiple series, but the gang’s most senior members are, arguably, the most significant characters in the franchise.
Cillian Murphy plays Thomas Shelby, taking on the lead role. He is cunning, confident, and a budding crime boss.
Helen McCroy plays Polly Gray: the loving and devoted voice of reason.
John Shelby, played by Joe Coal, is arguably the most caring male character in the franchise - far less driven by violence and killing than his siblings.
Arthur Shelby, played by Paul Anderson, is loved by his family, hated by many but respected by all. And he is, undeniably, the most feared member of the Shelby clan.
